Due to a system upgrade, if you make a fee payment through Campus Connect between
Monday 18 November and Monday 25 November, your payment will not display on Campus Connect until
Tuesday 26 November.
I need to pay my tuition/accommodation fees, can I still do this?
Yes, you can make payments through Campus Connect as normal, but please note that your payment will not display on Campus Connect until Tuesday 26 November.
Will I get confirmation that my payment has been received?
Notification of your payment will be added to your Campus Connect account on Tuesday 26 November, but if you contact your bank in the meantime, they will be able to check that your payment has gone through successfully.
I want to make a payment at the Student Services Centre, can I still do this?
Yes, one of our team will assist you to use Campus Connect to make a payment, on one of our self service PCs. During this time we will be unable to accept payments over the phone.
I'm due to receive a refund. When will I receive this?
All refunds will be processed after Tuesday 26 November.
Someone else is making a payment for me on my behalf. Can they still do this?
Parents/supporters are still able to make payments on your behalf through ePay.
