Earlier this month we did some work to improve some of our services and make it easier for you to participate with flexible teaching and learning from September 2020 on platforms like Microsoft Teams.
In order to achieve this, we recently made significant changes to our student email service.
Because of this, if you use an app to send and receive email on your phone, computer, or other device, you will need to remove and re-add your account. Until you re-add your account, it may appear like you are not able to send and receive email.
There is information on how to do this available on the intranet: visit rhul.ac.uk/it
Webmail, the service you access by logging in from mail.live.rhul.ac.uk in a web browser, is unaffected. You can send and receive emails as normal, and you do not need to do anything.
