The International Study Centre is run by Study Group in partnership with Royal Holloway University. This partnership recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary and has resulted in the successful transition of many international students joining the university’s diverse student body. One of the central aims of this partnership is to grow opportunities by which we may strengthen our commitment to quality and growth. To this end, we want to open a new avenue for corporation and mutual benefit. We wish to invite potential candidates from within the Royal Holloway doctoral student community, to join our team of tutors and lecturers delivering subject specific modules at Foundation level, UG Year 1 level and a pre-Masters level. As a pathway provider we cater to international students helping them adjust to and learn about the UK academic environment, as well as preparing them for the various degree programmes they want to progress to. Employment with us will offer doctoral students important opportunities to develop their teaching skills, and by working with the centre management team, refine their pedagogical understanding through engaging with curriculum design, assessment preparation and other learning, teaching and assessment processes.
