Welcome to the library

The College's library is situated in the Emily Wilding Davison Building. 

• Check their Latest News and Information webpage and social media for further announcements. Further details on the updated services provided can also be found on the 2020/21 Information Hub.
• Don’t forget you can use the ‘Click and Collect’ service to request print items from the collection.
• The Research Support team provides support on research information including copyright, Open Access publishing and developing your research information. The team can also provide advice for meeting research funders’ requirements regarding Open Access. 
• Library support for postgraduate researchers

   

Accessing libraries beyond Royal Holloway

• Royal Holloway Library pays for Royal Holloway students to have free access to the Senate House Library. The Senate House Library’s collections focus on Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Register online to access online resources. If you visit in person the Senate House Library, you will be issued a membership card.

• Royal Holloway students can use the SCONUL Access scheme for free, which allows you to use other university libraries in the UK, borrowing rights and access vary.

• Members of the public can also join the British Library to use print resources and reading rooms. The British Library membership scheme is independent from Royal Holloway, in order to get a membership card visit the British Library website: https://www.bl.uk/join.
