What is my submission deadline?
We recommend that your exam entry form is submitted two months prior to the submission of your thesis to enable sufficient time for your examiners to be appointed before thesis submission.
Where should I submit my exam entry form to?
Your exam entry form should be submitted to the Doctoral School via your Director of Postgraduate Eduation. Please note that the examiners nominated on the entry form will need to be approved by your supervisor, your Department PGR Lead (if applicable) and your School Director of PGR Education before sending the entry form to the Doctoral School.

You may request a two year embargo without any further information required, all you need to do is tick the box in Part A on the exam entry form.
If you would like an embargo that is longer than two years - you can complete this form and submit it alongside your completed exam entry form to the Doctoral School.
If you want an embargo of up to five years,this will need to be approved by your supervisor.
If you would like an embargo of over five years, or to be exempted from submitting a final electronic copy of your thesis, this request will be sent to your School Director of PGR Education for approval, and the Doctoral School will notify you and your supervisor of the outcome of this request.
