As part of our vision to be recognised internationally as a centre of excellence for inspiring and empowering our students, the School of Business and Management relishes the opportunity to help students realise their ambitions and develop their potential as a manager and leader of the future.
The 2021/22 academic year is no exception to our mission of providing an excellent management education to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in a rapidly-changing world. We have embraced the need to be flexible and adaptable to achieve this, facilitated by a combination of online and in-person teaching across all our courses.
Your course has been carefully designed with a combination of innovative teaching activities. Many of the activities are designed to allow engagement amongst your cohort, to make sure that you feel a part of the School of Business and Management and to work together collaboratively, whilst your lecturer will be on hand to help for the opportunities to study independently.
Our Management degrees are delivered by internationally renowned experts in their respective fields and explore a range of key areas relating to core Management principles. Designed to combine specialist knowledge with interpersonal and transferable skills, your course will allow you to develop a creative, problem-solving approach to management and further your career prospects.
Similarly, our accredited Accounting and Finance courses address the key components of financial accounting, management accounting and finance within the context of the wider business environment. This will allow you to enhance your subject knowledge and commercial awareness upon graduating with your degree.
As part of an exclusive group of less than 6% of the world's business schools, the school is accredited by the AACSB (the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), which recognises institutions that have demonstrated a focus on excellence in all areas of higher education and ensures a commitment to continually improve the quality of the education - preparing our students to succeed in their career.
