Tuesday 11 March 2-3pm

Davison Building, Event Space

Book your place

This is a short 50-minute taster session with an overview and teaser of a carbon literacy training course that will be delivered in four two-hour sessions ("a day’s worth of carbon literacy training”) during the summer term in May.

The taster session includes some information about Carbon Literacy, some interactive activity as well as individual reflection around our own carbon impacts, with some food for thought on climate solutions and a short quiz at the end. Participants should bring an electronic device to engage in one of the interactive elements.

Carbon Literacy will be a vital skill in most careers in the future and the aim of the taster session is to encourage students to sign up to the full version of the training which gives participants the opportunity to learn with others about climate change and what we need to do as a society and as individuals and groups to get to net zero.
