Some of you may still have Library books out on loan. If you are in the UK, but unable to return to campus, you can return your books via the UK postal service. There will not be any charge for this service and no fines will be charged for these books.
UK only postal return service:
Please package your books in parcels of no more than 10kg and no larger than 60cm x 50cm x 50cm. If your parcel weighs more than 10kg or is larger than 60cm x 50cm x 50cm you will need to package them in two parcels and print two labels. This is the link that you will need to generate the returns label. Please refer to this label for further instructions. Your parcel can be returned at 7,500+ stores, find your nearest store here.
If you are currently based outside of the UK:
As you are not able to safely return your books to us in person at this time and we are unfortunately unable to offer a postal return service outside of the UK, we wanted to reassure you that there would not be any fines or charges incurred for these items.
If you do return to the UK and it becomes possible in the future to safely return your books to the Library, we would welcome them back.
