The issues with email confirmations for Moodle and Turnitin, slow assignment uploads and email notifications for forum and announcement messages have all now been resolved.
If you have submitted an assignment since yesterday afternoon (13 May) at 1.30pm, you may not have received an email confirmation. However, you can visit the submission box again in Moodle to confirm your submission has been received.
If you sent an announcement or forum message since yesterday afternoon (13 May) at 1.30pm, email notifications may not have been sent. If the announcement is important, we suggest you re-send the message to ensure an email notification is sent.
