Creating a good LinkedIn profile is essential to enable potential employers to find you. It's helpful to create a profile during your studies, so that you can start to build up your network and connect with employers, alumni, colleagues and fellow students on this free online social network for professionals.
LinkedIn is also increasingly used by recruiters to find student and graduate talent. An increasing numbers of employers check potential candidates' social media when recruiting and use social media to promote their vacancies. It's also a great tool to help you gain an insight into the conversations that are happening in different industries and for finding jobs.
