Hello! I urgently need someone to take over my tenancy contract. It is 44 weeks for an £239 ensuite double bedroom at Hox Park. There is a free 7 minute bus ride from the accommodation to the university.
I have already paid the first instalment of rent and the tenancy ends on 18/07/2025.
