I am an undergraduate student who is currently staying at Penrose (next to George Elliot accommodation) which is a 2 minute walk from campus (basically on campus). The flat is shared by 4 people, 3 of us are in second year (including myself) whilst one is in their 3rd year. It is self catered with a shared bathroom between the 4 of us and a private wash basin in my room. My flatmates are lovely and I have no problems with my accommodation. The price is only £5.5k which is cheaper than most on campus accommodation. I just don't need to be on campus everyday and therefore don't need the room. You are welcome to see the room whenever.
