Current house share roommate (I am a mature International Year 2 student) needing to move out for personal circumstance out of my control and I need to save as much money as I can. I need to move out anytime before October.

Rent monthly for my room is £375. Bills paid together with the 3 other roommates which each individual would pay £50 or less monthly.
Free parking in front of house.
If a smoker, smoking allowed only outside.
