It is a 5 minute walk from the university, close to the shops and the train station (in a straight line).
The house is large; the room contains dual-windows, a brand new bed - and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space to accommodate for plenty of items!
Rent payments consist of £470/month; the rent agreement terminates at the end of term 3.
