I booked an ensuite in Hox Park for next year which I no longer need, and I’ve been looking for a replacement tenant so I can cancel (for family reasons). It’s close enough to walk to campus and there’s a free shuttle bus which runs around every 20 minutes. Hox is really modern and I’ve had no issues living here this year, and there’s lots of shared space so it’s easy to meet people. Rent is usually paid per term, broken down as £780 before arrival, then £2925, £2925, and £1950, and a £150 refundable deposit. All utility bills like water, electricity, and wifi are included in rent. Please message me for more information!
