Is anyone interested for a room on campus in Highfield Court, Royal Holloway? You would be taking over my contract.
The room will be free from the beginning of July (around the 3rd) until September 3rd when the contract ends. The price would be around £1273 or less depending of course on the day you move in. So it's actually less than £636 each month with all bills included. No council tax.
The room has an ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen. It has:
single bed (190cm x 90cm) with storage
wardrobe
drawers
desk and lamp
waste paper bin
desk chair
en suite facilities comprising a washbasin, toilet and shower
mattress protector
single duvet and 2 pillows
