Looking for somebody to take over my tenancy agreement at Hox Park ASAP. It’s the largest room on the floor, flatmates are all very lovely, has an en-suite and the biggest kitchen (everyone’s clean lol) in the block. Free gym included, study space etc., I’d love to keep living here but due to personal reasons I no longer can :( Not far from campus and the rest of the tenancy doesn’t cost very much as I’ve paid for most of it (maybe even cheaper than on campus accom).
