Hey! My housemates and I are looking for someone to take over tenancy for one of our rooms.
The house is located on Larchwood drive in Englefield green, has four bedrooms (all other housemates are girls) , one shower room, and two smaller bathrooms.
The room available is a large double room, rent is £550pcm excluding bills and comes fully furnished.
The tenancy would begin at the end of july - although it may be able to be a little later if needed.
We are all very sociable and clean, but don't mind if you're a little more introverted!
