The house is very well maintained and the landlord has been amazing, sorting any problems quickly and with no questions asked. All necessary furniture and appliances are provided, including a tumble dryer, and there is fast and reliable broadband. The available room has a double bed, spacious desk, comfortable office chair and shelves.
The house located on Rusham Park Avenue and is approximately 10 minutes walk from campus and 3 minutes from the train station. The rent is £537.50 per month + small bills every 6 months.
We are trying to find someone in the next week, before our landlord starts advertising again as he would like a contract signed before the Christmas holidays.
