Hi, I'm an international student and I'm looking for a female tenant from November.
I am planning to go back at the beginning of October to throw away my stuff left in the flat, so it might be better for you to move in from November I guess.
It's King Johns place (2-bedroom flat) and it takes about 10-15 mins on foot from the uni.
You will stay with another female student, and the rent is £725 (utilities not included).
