St John's Egham is hosting an eco fayre which is a free event on the 24th September between 1pm-4pm. Part of the fayre is to show our community how to reduce waste and that includes food. We are looking for participants who want to learn how to cook and reduce food waste. You can have no cooking skills or want to hone up on storage and cooking. We will have a professional cook to teach you how to use up what you might consider "waste" as well as use food more fully. If you're interested there are 2 sessions:
