I am unable to take my room at PENROSE COURT HALLS, so am hoping and willing to pass on this room and its liabilities to another Royal Holloway student who is in need of somewhere to live for this academic year.

This Halls is predominantly for Postgraduate Students.

• The room in question is located in a flat of 4 bedrooms.

• This flat has a shared toilet and shower.

• This flat has a shared kitchen and dining area.

• This room has a sink with an adjoining cupboard and mirror in the bedroom.

• The bedroom wardrobe is particularly large.

• There are parking spaces and laundry facilities available.

• The reception area for this flat is in George Elliot Halls.

• A vacuum cleaner, mop and maintenance services are available.

• Security officers are available 24/7.

• It is only a SHORT WALK AWAY from Founder’s Building, the centre of campus and ALL CAMPUS FACILITIES.

• The flatmates are all very nice and no trouble!
