Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my house share for the upcoming year. The house for 4 is spacious and 5-10 minutes walk from campus just a bit past the pad. The house is in a secluded area and has a garage and parking space. There is as downstairs area with a living room, dining room and kitchen which has a dishwasher, a gas hob and a breakfast bar. There is a small front and back garden area. There’s also a washing machine and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is lovely in a nice area and the other students are great. 2 girls, 1 boy.
Rent: £625 per month (might be £480 first month as I payed a small deposit towards it)
Security deposit: £721.15
