Summer vacation closure

Crosslands is now closed until September. Alternative catering during the summer vacation can be found on campus as follows:

Boilerhouse Café

Open Monday – Friday from 8am - 4pm, serving jacket potatoes with a choice of delicious fillings, freshly made salads, baguettes, hot bakes, cakes and a selection of and hot and cold drinks.

Café on the Square

Open Monday – Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 4pm, serving Starbucks, pastries, sandwiches and ice cream. 

Kimiko

Open Monday - Friday from 10am-5pm until Wednesday 31 July.

We now have loyalty cards for both alcoholic and soft drinks. Ask for yours at the bar.  

Crosslands is located in the heart of the Founder’s Building and is a fully licensed bar. We serve breakfast and lunch as well as evening snacks and pizza on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. There's also a pool table, lots of free board games, a book swap scheme and regular live music. We were runners up in the 2023 UDine Awards in the University Bar category.
