Support

We ask students to complete Consent Matters as part of the importance of our whole community understanding the importance of sexual consent.  The course is designed by experts and is aimed to be helpful and informative to everyone. 

We understand these topics can be challenging to engage with. If you’d like to discuss your response to these topics or related concerns please contact our Wellbeing Advisers at wellbeing@royalholloway.ac.uk.

Opt out

We understand for students who have have experienced sexual harm you may find the content particularly challenging or difficult to complete.  Our teams are here to support you with any difficult aspects of the subject matter but there is the option to opt-out if you feel you can not complete the modules. To do this you can email us at supportingyou@royalholloway.ac.uk with the subject line 'CM Opt Out'.  No additional information will be required but we will send one email to you with a reminder of the support that is available to you from University and external support services.  This process is confidential and no other University services or teams will be informed.
