Testing

As a College, we hope you enjoyed the winter break and are pleased to be welcoming you back to campus for term two. Please note, to keep yourself, and our campus community safe, we expect all students to take a lateral flow test before travelling back to campus, and to continue to take tests at least twice a week. You can order lateral flow testing kits from the government website, or if you’re living in Halls, you can collect testing kits from your Hall block.

The instructions for recording test results are here – please enter the letters RBNC when asked for location (you get to this field by answering 'yes' to say that you are testing as part of an organisation testing regime).

If you're living in Halls, you can collect your ordered test kits from Founder's West (FW40) from 10am-1pm or 1.30-6pm, We strongly encourage you to take two LFTs a week to help protect our campus community.

Lateral flow tests are simple to take, and you need to take two within three days of one another. Tests don’t need to go to a lab and results are provided within approximately 30 minutes. Tests involve you taking a swab from the back of your throat and your nose.
