Lateral flow testing on our Egham campus is available on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am-12pm, at The Hub. There's no need to book a testing slot, you can just drop-in whenever it's convenient for you. From Wednesday 15 September, the testing site will be open Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm.
If you are on campus, living in halls, or living locally and using campus facilities, please remember to take regular lateral flow tests, either at our asymptomatic testing site (information above) or by using a home test kit that can be ordered from the NHS.
The instructions for recording test results are here – please enter the letters RBNC when asked for location (you get to this field by answering 'yes' to say that you are testing as part of an organisation testing regime).
Lateral flow tests are simple to take, and you need to take two within three days of one another. Tests don’t need to go to a lab and results are provided within one to two hours depending on demand. Tests involve you taking a swab from the back of your throat and your nose. You can find out more about what a test involves here.
