Take a mental health break from your studies, get outside and run or walk five kilometres on Saturday (10 October). It is proven that our Mental Health and Wellbeing are assisted and improved by exercise and diet. We would always encourage you to try and get in some form of exercise in order to improve your mood and wellbeing. You can join the challenge on our Royal Holloway Moves app, take your tracking device with you, run or walk your 5K and earn 250 Moves points, which can be redeemed for awards.
