We have started issuing new student College Cards. Please don’t worry if you haven’t received yours yet. If you have submitted your photo, your card will be issued to you within the next few weeks. How you will receive your card, depends on where you live:
- If you live in Halls, your card is being issued by our Customer Services team who will email you when your card is ready for collection. They will confirm details of the collection point and ask you to bring along your temporary room key so a staff member can swap it for your College Card.
- If you live off-campus, we will post your College Card to your UK address providing you have completed all of your enrolment steps. Please be patient whilst we post cards. It is not possible for you to collect your card in-person.
