On Tuesday 9 July, IT Services will be bringing in multi-factor authentication (MFA) for accessing Library services and the Careers Service portal. This change will bring The Library and the Careers Services into line with other University services, making access to our services even more secure.
From Tuesday 9 July, when you access these services, you’ll be asked to enter a number into the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device to complete the sign-in process. You only need to do this once per browser session.
For more information on MFA, visit our IT webpages.
If you have any questions or difficulties logging in from 9 July, we’re always here to help, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.
