RH100 Panel 2021/22


 

Panel 1: Thursday 25 March 6-8pm, Shilling Building Auditorium

Topics: Personal Tutoring and Student Futures

The RH100 panel discussed how personal tutoring currently operates at Royal Holloway across different departments and what changes could be made to the scheme to enhance student experience.

Outcomes of the panel will be taken to the Student Experience Committee, then to Executive and Academic Boards for sign off, with changes implemented for 2022/23.

Panel 2: Thursday 17 March 6-8pm, Shilling Building Auditorium

Topics: Enquiry Management Solution

The RH100 panel discussed how they interacted with digital College services and what their experiences were with different digital portals, looking at what could be done to improve user experience.

RH100 Panel feedback has been presented to EMS Project Board and the panel input informed both system and business requirements which are being used for tendering in new platform. It is hoped that a technology provider will be appointed to help the development of a new equiry system by next academic year. We will be then returning to the panel to assist in the design of the new Enquiry Management Solution.

Panel 3: Thursday 25 May 6-8pm, Shilling Building Auditorium

Topics: Student Academic Engagement Post-COVID

The RH100 panel discussed the different ways student academic engagement is measured with a focus on attendance. 

These responses will feed into summer activity to make improvements to how academic student engagement is measured with a policy refresh over summer.
