Student Status Certificate 2023/24 |
This document is proof of your student status and will confirm that you are fully enrolled at the University for the 2023/24 academic year.
If you are continuing on the same course from the 2022/23 academic year, you will need to complete your enrolment for the 2023/24 academic year before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up and arrange your tuition fee payment. Please note, if 2023/24 is the final year of your programme you will lose access to your Student Status Certificate after the expected end date of your programme.
If you are starting at Royal Holloway in September 2023, you will need to complete your enrolment before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up, arrange tuition fee payment and complete your ID check.
If you are studying the 4, 8 or 12 week Pre-sessional English Language course on campus, you’ll be able to download this from your Campus Connect portal from under the ‘Enrolment’ tab.
If you are studying the online version of the 4, 8 or 12 week Pre-sessional English Language course, you’ll have to request a Student Status Certificate, if you need one, by emailing the Student Services Centre.

Interim Transcript with 2023/24 course registrations and results |
This document is a transcript of results for your current programme of study. You will have access to this document after you have completed all stages of enrolment, confirmed your module registrations with your School and your School has registered you on these modules.
If you are a new student starting in September 2023, you will only be able to see your module registrations for the 2023/24 academic year which will show as ‘in progress’. You will be able to view the results from the 2023/24 academic year on your Interim Transcript once the results are released in July 2024, providing you are continuing on the same programme of study in September 2024.
At the start of each new academic year you will need to have completed enrolment to have access to the document and your School will need to register you on your modules before these will appear.
If you are a continuing student, you will be able to see prior year results on your Interim Transcript. You will be able to view your module registrations for the 2023/24 academic year which will show as ‘in progress’ once you have completed enrolment for the 2023/24 academic year and your School has registered you on your modules. You will be able to view the results from the 2023/24 academic year on your Interim Transcript once the results are released in July 2024, providing you are continuing on the same programme of study in September 2024.
