To best manage our spaces and to ensure that safety of yourself and others, the Department of Music has implemented room booking system for students to be able to book a dedicated practice space for performance and creative music-making.
How long can I book for?
- Undergraduate students are permitted to request up to 90-minutes per day for their own personal music practice (in 30-minute chunks).
- Postgraduate taught students, specialising in performance pathway, are permitted to request up to 180-minutes per day for their own personal music practice (in 30-minute chunks).
- Postgraduate taught students (not specialising in performance) and Postgraduate Research students should contact the Music Performance Office if they require access to practice facilities.
A booking automatically reserves a given room, and cannot be booked by another individual. We may ask for further information about your booking after its submission.
