How can I add my email account to my phone, tablet or computer?

 

You can access your emails at any time by visiting mail.live.rhul.ac.uk. You can also add your email account to a variety of apps and devices.

The set-up process for each device or app will be slightly different, but the basics remain the same.

You should follow your device’s prompts to set up an Exchange account.

You will need to use your username with ‘@live.rhul.ac.uk’ added at the end (e.g. abcd123@live.rhul.ac.uk), and your regular University password.

This should be enough information for your device to automatically detect your settings. However, if you are asked for a server address you should enter outlook.office365.com.
