The CampusNet registration page doesn't appear when I try to connect. What do I do?

 

When you try and join CampusNet for the first time your device should automatically redirect you to a registration page asking you for your username and password. You will not be able to get online without registering your device.

Most phones, tablets, laptops, and computers will open this page automatically but if they don’t you can navigate there directly by opening a web browser and visiting https://campusnet.royalholloway.ac.uk.

Some devices need to be manually registered to our network. Any device that doesn’t have an in-built browser or display (for example, printers or Amazon’s Alexa) will need to be registered manually, along with most games consoles. You can do this by visiting https://campusnet.royalholloway.ac.uk on a device that is already connected to the network, signing in, and adding details of the device to your account.
