How do I map a network drive on a Mac?
To map a network drive to your Mac you will either need to be on campus and connected to CampusNet or if you are off-campus using the VPN.
- Open Finder
- From the Go menu select Connect to server...
- In the Server Address box you need to enter the network path of the drive you wish to access. There are:

- Press Connect
- You will be prompted to enter your username and password. The account name for your Mac will be pre-filled here. Delete that and enter your username and password. Your username is four letters and three numbers (e.g. abcd123)
- Press Connect again. This will map your drive.
Please note some computers will require you to add a domain before your username. If you have been unable to log in, please add cc\ before your username (e.g. cc\abcd123) and try again.
