The RH100 panel firstly discussed their current experiences surrounding campus safety and ways in which their experiences could be improved.
The campus security teams will review the responses of the RH100 and use them when designing future projects.

Secondly, the panel discussed the proposed service level titles for the Enquiry Management Service and advised what would provide the best student experience.
The EMS project team will review the responses of the RH100. They plan to create a smaller student focus group to assist with future co-design of the project.

Panel 2: Wednesday 1 February 6-8pm, Shilling
Topics: The Access and Participation Plan
The RH100 panel discussed student consultation, student success and student progression in relation to the Access and Participation Plan and advised how the university can encourage students to engage with it in a meaningful way.
The APP team will be working on the new plan over the next few months, with a submission deadline in July. They will take the responses from the pre-survey and the group work at the panel into account as part of this and intend to keep working with students in the next stages of the plan.

Panel 3: Wednesday 8 March 6:30-8:30pm, Davison Building
Topics: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion during Induction and Integration
Active Lifestyle and Sport
Firstly, the RH100 panel looked into the current offer provided during the induction and integration period and how equality, diversity and inclusion could be better embedded.
Matthew Searle, Head of Student Engagement, will share this report with those on the Induction and Integration Working Group. Katerina Finnis, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, will share this report with the Inclusive Culture and Environment Strategy Group. Both will consider any quick wins and longer term strategic interventions which could be considered over the next three years.

Secondly, the RH100 panel discussed the current sports and activities on offer at the university, how this could be improved and what would encourage them to be more active during their studies.
The Active Lifestyle and Sport team will use these responses to help plan the service for the next few years. The outcome of this panel will start to inform the development of recommendations for a strategic plan. The team hope to return to the RH100 in future and complete further consultation with smaller groups in more detail.
