When I try to log into my emails I get the message ‘We don't recognise this User ID or password’. What should I do?


The most common reason you will see the error ‘We don't recognise this User ID or password’ is either because you are visiting the wrong login page, or inputting your username incorrectly.

Students should visit mail.live.rhul.ac.uk and use your Microsoft Office 365 ID to log in. This is your College username with ‘@live.rhul.ac.uk’ added at the end (e.g. abcd123@live.rhul.ac.uk) and is the same format that you use to log in to Campus Connect.

If the error persists you should try and log in on a different browser or device. If you are still unable to access your emails you should contact the IT Service Desk.
