My FAQ isn't listed. How do I get help?

 

The IT Service Desk is available to answer technical queries in person, by email, online chat and on the phone between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Emails, logged calls, and voice messages will only be checked during these hours.

You can visit the IT Support helpdesk which is on the ground floor of the Emily Wilding Davison Building. The office is just to the left of the Library helpdesk.
