Can I get Office 365 and Microsoft Teams for free?

Microsoft 365 is available for free to current Royal Holloway students with an ‘@live.rhul.ac.uk’ email address. You can use Microsoft 365 on up to five devices, including computers, laptops, and tablets for the duration of your time here.

You can download Microsoft Office by visiting www.office.com and signing in with your Microsoft 365 ID, which is your University username with ‘@live.rhul.ac.uk’ added at the end (e.g. abcd123@live.rhul.ac.uk).

Microsoft 365 for students includes the key applications:

Teams
Word
Excel
Powerpoint
Access
OneNote
OneDrive
Outlook

Please note that Microsoft Access is only available for Windows.
