IT Services are here to support you during your studies, and we wanted to start the term by giving a few hints and tips to make sure your digital workspace is set up for the year ahead.

  • Visit our top tips for getting started with IT; here you’ll find information about understanding your account and login details, how to change your password, and how to download free software.

  • Visit the IT Essentials webpages – these have handy information on printing, accessing services off campus, and much more. This September we are pleased to introduce 96 upgraded laptops to the Library so you can comfortably study there; you’ll find these on the ground floor, near the helpdesk.

  • For more detailed information about the different login credentials you need for different services at Royal Holloway, visit our accounts webpage

  • Visit our FAQs. Something you’re not sure about? Our FAQs answer a range of questions you might have, from how to get online to ‘what is Moodle’?

  • Need to contact us with a query, or visit us in person? Take a look at our opening times and how to get in touch – we’re here to support you, and you can contact us by phone, email, online chat or in person.
