Image goes here Finalist Undergraduates A guide to the documents available to undergraduate students in their final year of study Dates Document Details How to request 1 September 2023 – 7 June 2024 Student Status Certificate 2023/24 This document is proof of your student status and will confirm that you are fully enrolled at the University for the current academic year. You will need to complete your enrolment for the 2023/24 academic year before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up and arrange your tuition fee payment You will lose access to this document once you reach the expected end date of your programme in June. Available on the 'Enrolment' tab on Campus Connect 1 September 2023 – 7 June 2024 Interim Transcript This document is a transcript of results for your current programme of study and shows your marks from previous academic years as well as your current year module registrations. You will have access to this document after you have completed all stages of enrolment, confirmed your module registrations with your School and your School has registered you on these modules. The transcript won’t show any marks for the current academic year and in your final year of study will only show your module registrations. It will never show your final year results as you will lose access to the document on your expected end date, which is before your results are released. Available on the 'My studies' tab of Campus Connect 8 June 2024– 28 June 2024 Results Pending Letter The Results Pending Letter confirms that you’ve finished your studies at Royal Holloway and that you’re awaiting the release of your results. The letter will confirm your personal details (name and date of birth), programme title, the start and end date of your course and the dates that your results are due to be released. This form is not currently available. 3 July 2024 onwards Proof of Study Letter A Proof of Study letter is an official document available to former students only. The letter confirms your start date, end date, the course studied and award achieved (if applicable). More information can be found on our Proof of Award page. Must be purchased through the Royal Holloway Online Store 3 July 2024 onwards Results Documentation On successful completion of your programme, you will receive a Statement of Results and your Degree Certificate (printed and issued by the Diploma Production Office at the University of London) . You can expect this documentation within 6 months of your award date (1 August 2023).
