A guide to the documents available to postgraduate taught students

 

Postgraduate taught students on a one-year programme that started in September 2022 or on a two year programme that started in September 2021

How to request

1 September 2022 – 18 September 2023

Student Status Certificate 2022/23 

This document is proof of your student status and will confirm that you are fully enrolled at Royal Holloway for the current academic year.

If you are continuing on the same course from the 2021/22 academic year, you will need to complete your enrolment for the 2022/23 academic year before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up and arrange your tuition fee payment. 

If you are starting at Royal Holloway in September 2022, you will need to complete your enrolment before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up, arrange tuition fee payment and complete your ID check.

Please note, if you are on a Year in Industry, you will not be able to access your downloadable document on Campus Connect – you will need to email the Student Services Centre

You will lose access to this document once you reach the expected end date of your programme.

1 September 2022 - 31 August 2023

Interim Transcript 2022/23

This document confirms your module registrations for the current academic year and confirmation of results for any previous years for your current degree course. You will gain access to this document after you have completed all stages of enrolment, confirmed your module registrations with your School and your School has registered you on these modules. 

If you complete mid-year assessments, your mid-year results will appear in July 2023.  Any assessments that still need to be completed, including your dissertation will also appear as 'in progress'.

The Interim Transcript will never display a full summary of your results (for example your dissertation result). If you are studying a two year course, it will only display the results from your first year of study and any mid-term results released in your second year of study, or if you are studying a one year course it wil only display your mid-term results. This is because some of your results are released after the expected end date for your course by which date you will no longer have access to your Interim Transcript.

If you are on a one-year degree course or on the final year of your degree course, you will lose access to your Interim Transcript from 31 August for the remainder of your course.

19 September 2023 – 23 October 2023

Results Pending Letter

The Results Pending Letter confirms that you’ve finished your studies at Royal Holloway and that you’re awaiting the release of your results. The letter will confirm your personal details (name and date of birth), programme title, the start and end date of your course and the dates that your classification is due to be released.  

This form is currently not available.

From 1 November 2023

Award Documentation

On successful completion of your programme, you will receive a Statement of Results (issued by Royal Holloway, University of London). You can expect to receive your Degree Certificate (printed and issued by the Diploma Production Office at the University of London) within 6 months of your award date (1 November 2023).

You will need to complete your enrolment for the 2023/24 academic year before you can access the document i.e. complete online sign-up and arrange your tuition fee payment.

1 September 2022 - 31 August 2023

Interim Transcript with 2022/23 course registrations

This document confirms your module registrations for the current academic year and confirmation of your results for any previous years for your current degree course. You will gain access to this document after you have completed all stages of enrolment, confirmed your module registrations with your School and your School has registered you on these modules. 

If you complete mid-year assessments, your mid-year results will appear in July 2023.

If you will be continuing onto the next year of your postgraduate course in the 2023/24 academic year, you will temporarily lose access to your Interim Transcript from 31 August until the start of the new academic year.
