Last week, the College launched the formal consultation on the proposed changes to the academic administration structures that will be necessary to support you and staff within the new Schools.

The consultation has been launched with staff directly involved with the proposed restructure. Introducing different structures and processes will help us to enhance the student experience, create more opportunities to develop research (and particularly interdisciplinary research) and make us a stronger university that is more flexible and responsive to change and new ideas.

All staff affected have attended meetings to discuss what the restructure would mean for them, and consultation will continue through to 20 March. We will continue to share updates over the coming months.
