Why did you want to be a Peer Guide leader?: When I was a first year, my Peer Guide was really welcoming and friendly. It was lovely to know I had someone to assist me if I needed help. I want to make sure that other new students feel as welcome and comfortable as I did when starting their time at Royal Holloway.

How can having a Peer Guide help a first year student?: Your first few weeks at university can be overwhelming, so having a Peer Guide can be really reassuring when you’re settling in. We can help make your transition smoother, even if it just to reassure you or answer any simple questions you have!
