This is a free of charge traditional 60 minute mixed ability classical yoga class for all ages and physical abilities (adaptations can be made as required).

Please bring: a yoga/ exercise mat and blanket
Please wear: any loose, comfortable clothing and warm socks for relaxation.

Please email Moya at to express an interest in attending the class so that we can get an idea of numbers.
