Due to an IT system error, a number of students who have previously lived in one of our Halls of Residences may have received an email notifying that they have a parcel to collect from the Post Room.

If you are no longer living in Halls and receive one of these emails it is likely to be an error. If you are in any doubt, please contact the Post Room team to verify the email and check that you do have a parcel to collect - Postalservices@royalholloway.ac.uk or 01784 443066 - available between 9am and 5pm.
