The Careers Fair  – our biggest fair on campus  with opportunities for all students – takes place on Wednesday 24 October from 11am to 3pm in the Picture Gallery and North Quad.

With more than 30 employers on campus looking to recruit students for graduate schemes and jobs, placements, internships and insight days; come along to explore your options, evaluate what skills you need to become more employable and enact and get hired.

Fairs are a great way to speak with prospective employers in order to learn about career opportunities and understand their requirements. Around three quarters of employers last year offered placements and/or summer internships as well as graduate training schemes.

There's no need to register. Just turn up!

Prepare ahead

  • Research employers, prepare questions and plan out what stands you'll visit by downloading our App and you can view our booklet online or pick up a copy in the Careers Centre.
  • You can find out more about the fair at our Facebook Live over on RHCampusLife at 12.30pm on Monday 22 October where Careers Consultant Gemma Seabrook will share her tips on what to expect at the Fair and how to make the most of the event.

Need additional assistance?

If you'd like to attend the fair but need some assistance, get in touch with the Disabilities and Dyslexia Service in advance, or speak to a member of the Careers team on the day. You can also avoid the crowds and attend the fair from 10am if you wish.
