As the start of term approaches, many of our student support teams are receiving a very high volume of queries via phone and email, particularly the Student Services Centre team. Alongside this, the College has been experiencing technical difficulties with its Enquiry Management System, which handles your queries. We are working very hard to reply to queries as quickly as we can, but please be aware that there may be a delay receiving a response.
