A room in Penrose court available (contract transfer)!!! Penrose Court is a two-minute walk from the main campus, on the north side. It’s a self-catering flat and the house have six bedrooms, each with a sink. House mates are cool and clean but I’d be leaving the room because commuting is better for me financially. I already paid the first instalment and I’m ready to move out for you to move in any moment from now. By 19th Jan 2024 you’d be paying 2,010.40 and by 10th of May 2024 you’d be paying 735.95.
