Hi there, I'm looking for a contract takeover at the Garage, Egham TW20 0QR as I will be moving to London. The room is a large ensuite with 4 people kitchen share, 6 mins walking distance to RHUL campus. The Garage also has a common room, a gym, laundry room and study rooms available for use. £263 per week and the contract is until 30 august 2024. I am looking for a takeover ASAP but dates are negotiable.
